Mosque & Property Security

Strengthening the safety and resilience of mosques, schools, community spaces, and homes.

Why This Matters

Muslim spaces are increasingly being targeted, yet existing security support is often slow, uneven, or inadequate. This workstream focuses on both systemic reform and practical preparedness — pressing for improvements to national security schemes while equipping community leaders with the tools they need to act responsibly and confidently.

What We’re Working On

Security Guidance & Preparedness Framework

Producing standardised security guidance for mosques and community centres to improve decision-making, compliance, and readiness at the local level.

2

Martyn’s Law Preparedness

Preparing educational materials and community guidance on Martyn’s Law requirements ahead of mandatory implementation.

3

Government Funding Reform

Advancing practical reform proposals for security funding, including expanded eligibility, simplified processes, and improved technical support.
